All Purpose Cleaner 4063 has been formulated to provide the cleaning and degreasing characteristics of a solvent-based cleaner in a water-based cleaner formula. All Purpose Cleaner 4063 is a heavy-duty cleaner that excels at cleaning grease, oil and particulate soils. • Widespread utility • Low VOC • Water based Recommended Application1 Spot test on hidden area. 2 Use as-is, or dilute with ambient water using dilution ratio below. 3 Apply solution. Leave on heavy soils for 1-2 minutes. Scrub if needed. 4 Rinse or damp wipe with clean water.
