With the Co-Helical Design, the chilling water is constantly mixing the entire length, swirling through the 25′ foot coil. The ExChilerator uses 3/4 PEX tubing and a 10 gauge non metallic wire woven in a co-helical manner around the inner 3/8 OD copper tubing. Inner 3/8 tubing is coiled inside the outer 3/4 PEX tubing on a machine that does not create any kinks or nooks were trub and hop matter can gather unlike the convoluted and plate designs.
