DP-4-TL is a custom blend of materials designed to remove Urethane or other resin buildup from tooling(Mold) surface.This thickened blend maximizes the solvent contact with the buildup that is being removed. DP-4-TL also contains d-Limonene to provide citrus cleaning power and a more pleasant scent.APPLICATION:1) Wipe surface clean of any loose debris or dirt2) Apply DP-4-TL with a natural bristle brush or sprayer to the areas in need of cleaning3) Allow material to solvate resins ( most materials take 20-30 minutes) Warm surface will act even quicker.4) Wipe tooling surface clean with rag or steel wool and solvent• Product will stay wet and active for up to 24 hours depending on the environment. The longer it is contact with the resins the more DP-4-TL will solvate.• Using a solvent like mineral spirits will cut the thickener and assist in final cleanupDP-4-T-L is a thickened version of DP-4-L.
