DP- 4-L cleaner is a non-flammable solvent blend for removing resin and urethane residue from metal molds. DP- 4 -L is non-chlorinated, nonflammable, non-carcinogenic, and non-ozone depleting. DP- 4-L cleaner is an excellent replacement for metal mold solvents such as methylene chloride and 1,1,1-trichloroethane in cleaning resin and polyurethane mold build-up. DP-4-L is much safer and friendlier to the environment than these solvents. It can be used for extended periods as it tolerates high resin loading and has a very low evaporation rate.RECOMMENDED APPLICATION: Metal Mold Cleaner For Removing Resin & Polyurethane Residue1. Wipe surface clean of any loose debris or dirt2. Apply DP-4-L cleaner with a brush or sprayer to the areas in need of cleaning3. Allow DP- 4-L cleaner to solvate the resins (most materials take 20-30 minutes). The longer it is in contact with the resins and polyurethane residue in the metal molds, the more it will solvate the resins.4.
